We are a team of dual qualified Registered Nurses, and have a combined experience of over sixty years dealing with all aspects surrounding absence management, vocational rehabilitation and occupational health.

We are geographically situated all around the UK, enabling us to respond quickly to requirements. We can effectively manage widespread or field-based employees.

We cover the whole of the UK and Ireland and are skilled in the regional variations, including the different employment laws and benefit systems.

Being independent enables face to face discussions in the absentee's home environment before discussing solutions with the employer. This facilitates relationship building and helps us assess fully the reasons for absence, including whether or not these may be non medically related.

Plans for vocational rehabilitation are discussed and formulated, and medical approval for these is sought. If independent Specialist advice or treatment such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is required, we can arranged it.

We specialise in dealing with the insurance industry and have a wide knowledge of claims assessment, income protection, permanent and total disability, waiver of premium and mortgage protection policies.

We can also provide assistance in reviewing case notes for possible intervention.
