Our team have a range of qualifications in nursing and health related fields to degree level. We have many years' experience dealing with all aspects surrounding absence management, vocational rehabilitation and occupational health.

Being independent enables face to face discussions in the absentee's home environment before discussing solutions with the employer. This facilitates relationship building and helps us assess fully the reasons for absence, including whether or not these may be non medically related.

Plans for vocational rehabilitation are discussed and formulated, and medical approval for these is sought. If independent Specialist advice or treatment such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is required, we can arrange it.

We specialise in dealing with the insurance industry and have a wide knowledge of claims assessment, income protection, permanent and total disability, waiver of premium and mortgage protection policies.

We can also provide assistance in reviewing case notes for possible intervention.
