We are a group of Registered Nurses with considerable experience of carrying out designated work for various companies and institutions. We specialise in specific independent case management where we work along side Solicitors, employers and insurers whilst adhering to the Code of Best Practice based on those set by the Case Management Society UK (CMSUK).

With every incident we aim to return people to their optimum physical and psychological state and, if appropriate, work, preferably the same job and employer if at all possible.

Our approach is straightforward. It begins with our Rehabilitation Case Manager establishing the extent of a person's illness or injury, their ability to function on a daily basis and capacity to return to work.

Together, the client and Case Manager set goals for a personal rehabilitation programme. Specific goals are set by both parties and our Case Manager then reports key findings and recommendations to the injured party's legal advisor, instructing insurer and, if appropriate, employer. Once approved, a programme is designed, endorsement is sought from treatment providers, and activity is reviewed to achieve the best outcome for all involved. We are dedicated to providing the best service for our client and will carry out any specific instructions they may identify. Our mission is to supply a solution to each and every case.

Our Case Managers are situated geographically and have extensive individual experience.

Our aim is to provide a cost effective, efficient and swift service that addresses all of the client's specific needs, and meets service delivery standards.
