We offer a number of services as part of our absence management programme.

• Face to face meetings and reports, recommendations and solution.
• Specific instructions of the employer carried out.
• Liaison with employers including work place assessments.
• Assistance with both long term absences and cases where prolonged absence may be implicated.
• Formulation, approval and implementation of vocational rehabilitation plans.
• Mediation services.
• Liaison with third party providers such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and functional capacity assessments (if required).
• Pre-employment screening by request.

We can arrange to meet you at your site in order to discuss each absence or potential absence case, in order to identify what the most appropriate intervention might be. This part of the service is offered completely free of charge.

We can also provide assistance in reviewing case notes for possible intervention.
